1. Ownership of Generated Content

You retain full rights to the images you generate using Atlas Vision, provided you comply with our Terms of Service.

Once an image is generated, you are free to use it for personal or commercial purposes, depending on your subscription plan.

2. License Grant

By using Atlas Vision, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, download, modify, and distribute the generated images.

This includes use for:
Marketing and advertising
Social media content
Websites and digital platforms
Commercial projects

3. Restrictions

You may not use Atlas Vision to:

Create illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
Mislead others about ownership or origin of content
Resell or redistribute the service itself

4. Subscription Access

Your subscription gives you access to specific features and usage limits based on your selected plan.

This may include:
Number of image generations
Access to styles and tools
Image quality levels

Access remains active for the duration of your subscription.

5. Expiration and Cancellation

If your subscription expires or is canceled:

You will lose access to premium features
You will not be able to generate new images under that plan
Previously generated images remain yours and can still be used

6. Fair Use

We reserve the right to monitor usage to prevent abuse of the platform. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

7. Changes to Licensing

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
